Mission & Goal
Our mission is to develop innovative, lightweight applications and digital tools that enhance everyday productivity and simplify common workflows. Through the Google Play Console and Chrome Web Store, we create user-focused solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and practical—helping people accomplish everyday tasks more efficiently.
Cerebrum is a "second brain" productivity app that brings your tasks, habits, budgeting, secure notes, and daily reflections into one focused place. Instead of juggling separate apps for planning your day, tracking spending, and journaling your thoughts, Cerebrum keeps it all connected — so you spend less time managing your tools and more time making progress. Built for people who want structure without the clutter, Cerebrum is currently free, with an optional Premium upgrade for advanced features.
Highlight to Action is a powerful productivity and research extension designed to help users capture, organize, revisit, and act on important information from any website. Whether you're conducting research, studying online content, gathering business intelligence, writing articles, or simply saving valuable information for later, Highlight to Action transforms ordinary text highlighting into a dynamic knowledge management experience.
Unlike traditional highlighting tools that lose your selections when a page refreshes or closes, Highlight to Action intelligently remembers your highlights, restores them automatically, and provides a centralized workspace for managing your saved content across the web.
Image Size Dimensions is a lightweight Chrome extension designed to give you instant insight into image properties directly within your browser. With a simple right‑click, users can quickly view both the natural and rendered dimensions of any image, eliminating the need to open developer tools or inspect code manually.
Built for developers, designers, and content creators, the extension streamlines everyday workflows by providing fast, accurate image data without disrupting your browsing experience. Whether you’re optimizing assets, verifying layouts, or analyzing web content, Image Size Dimensions delivers the essential information you need in seconds

Cerebrum Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
RK Grafix ("we," "us," or "our") built Cerebrum (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Cerebrum collects, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. By using Cerebrum, you agree to the practices described here. This is a plain-language template, not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create a Cerebrum account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (such as your name or profile photo, if available). Your password is handled directly by our authentication provider (Firebase Authentication) — we never see or store it ourselves.
Content you create: Cerebrum is built around letting you capture and organize your own information. Depending on which features you use, this may include:
- Notes, links, images, voice recordings, and files you save through Capture
- Journal-style daily reviews and reflections
- Tasks and habit-tracking entries
- Financial information you manually enter into Money Mind, such as transaction descriptions, amounts, categories, budgets, and savings goals — Cerebrum does not connect to or pull data from your actual bank or card accounts
- Content you choose to store in the Secure Brain vault, a password-protected space within the App. Vault content is scrambled on your device using a password only you set, before it is ever sent to our servers, so we cannot read it without that password. This protects the content from casual access to our database, but it is not independently audited encryption, and it cannot protect content once you unlock it on your own device.
Team Hub collaboration data: If you enable Team Hub and invite someone by email, that email address is stored so we can connect your accounts. Any messages, shared tasks, or project links you or your collaborators post in a shared workspace are visible to everyone connected to that workspace.
Purchase information: Cerebrum Premium is sold as a subscription through Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details — that's handled entirely by Google Play. When you subscribe, we receive a purchase token from Google Play, which our servers use to confirm your subscription is genuine and active directly with Google before granting Premium access. We store the subscription status and this token, not your payment information.
AI-assisted features: Certain features — including content synthesis, categorization, daily review summaries, and the in-app support chat — send the relevant text you provide to Google's Gemini AI service for processing, and return the result to you within the App. Google's own privacy terms govern how it handles data sent to its AI models; we recommend reviewing them if this matters to you.
Device and technical information: To deliver push notification reminders, the App generates a notification token, which is stored on your device. Our infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) may also process standard technical information — such as device type and connection data — that's inherent to operating a cloud-connected app.
We do not use advertising SDKs, and Cerebrum does not currently use any separate analytics or tracking service beyond what's described above.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Create and maintain your account, and authenticate you when you sign in
- Store and sync your content across your own devices
- Provide the features you choose to use, including AI-assisted synthesis, Team Hub collaboration, and Secure Brain
- Verify and manage your Premium subscription
- Send you reminders and notifications you've enabled
- Maintain and improve the App, including diagnosing technical problems
- Communicate with you about your account or the service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
3. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Cerebrum, and only as needed for them to provide that service:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database storage, serverless functions, and push notification delivery
- Google Play — subscription billing and purchase verification
- Google Gemini API — processing the text you submit to AI-assisted features
If you invite someone to your Team Hub workspace (or accept someone else's invite), your email address and shared workspace content become visible to the other people in that workspace, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RK Grafix, our users, or others.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email address below, and we will process your request, except where we're required to retain certain records (for example, purchase records) for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Your Choices
- You can edit or delete most of your content directly within the App.
- You can disable Team Hub at any time from the Team Hub screen; if you've joined someone else's shared workspace, you can leave it from that same screen.
- You can disable push notifications through your device's system settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to object to certain uses — under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California). Contact us using the information below to exercise these rights.
6. Children's Privacy
Cerebrum is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on Google Firebase's infrastructure security and encrypting data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
Cerebrum is operated using cloud infrastructure that may store and process data in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, notify you within the App.
